How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want anyone who contacts Appropriateachieve Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Appropriateachieve Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Please understand that Appropriateachieve Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@appropriateachieve.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
